REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PRODUCT REFUNDS: THE 60-DAY GUARANTEE
Every product order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your results within 60 days of your delivery date, email us at hellopiabora@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund your product purchase. You do not need to return the bottles.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days after we process them. Shipping fees, where charged, are not refundable.
CANCELLING YOUR VIP MEMBERSHIP
Your VIP Membership is free for the first 30 days, then $39.99 every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops all future charges. Two ways to cancel:
1. One click: open the membership portal link in your order confirmation or billing email (a secure link, no password needed) and select cancel. Portal cancellations take effect right away.
2. Email: send "Cancel my membership" to hellopiabora@gmail.com from the email address on your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for email cancellations. If your next billing date is within 2 days, use the 1-click portal link instead so your cancellation takes effect immediately.
To avoid an upcoming charge, cancel before your next billing date. Your billing emails show the next billing date.
MEMBERSHIP CHARGES
If you cancelled, or asked us to cancel, before your billing date and were still charged, contact us and we will refund that charge. For any other membership charge you believe is a mistake, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it and work with you to make it right. Cancelling mid-cycle stops future charges; it does not shorten a period that has already been billed.
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund the affected items.
